About SwapPilot

SwapPilot is an independent service that helps UK learner drivers find each other to swap practical driving test dates. SwapPilot is not affiliated with the DVSA, DVLA or any government body.

How swaps work

• SwapPilot helps learners discover compatible tests. We do not change or book any tests.
• Any actual booking change must be made directly through your DVSA account.
• We never ask for your DVSA login details. Never share them with anyone.
• SwapPilot does not guarantee that you will find a swap or that a swap will complete.

Free service — no buying or selling

• SwapPilot is free to use.
• Buying or selling driving test dates is strictly prohibited on SwapPilot and may be illegal.
• Do not send money to any other user for any reason related to a test swap.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information about your test and yourself.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to legally hold a UK provisional driving licence.

Acceptable use

• Treat other learners with respect.
• Do not send abusive, threatening, fraudulent or unsolicited messages.
• Do not impersonate anyone.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these rules.

Liability

SwapPilot is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed tests, failed swaps, or any loss arising from use of the service. Decisions about your test booking remain yours.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of SwapPilot means you accept any changes.
