What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number (for chat fallback only — never shown publicly).
• Listing details: current test date, test centre, preferred swap window.
• Activity: views, saves, swap requests and in-app messages so the service can function.

What we never collect

• Your DVSA login details. We never ask for them. Never share them with anyone.
• Payment details. SwapPilot is free.

What is shown publicly

• First name and last initial only.
• Test centre and date range so others can find compatible swaps.
• Your phone and email are never displayed to other users.

How we use your data

• To match you with compatible learners.
• To deliver secure in-app messaging after both learners accept a swap.
• To investigate reports of misuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, database) and only where strictly necessary.

Private messages

Secure chats are private between learners. SwapPilot admins do not read chats by default. If a conversation is reported, admins may review relevant message context to keep users safe.

• Access, correct or delete your data — see Support.
• You can delete your listing or account at any time from your profile.
